(Our Signature Class) - This 45 minute class incorporates signature barre technique for the lower body combined with boxing drills for the upper body.

Box

Fitness boxing drills to include upper body boxing rounds, strength, and core exercises broken into 8 rounds of 5 minute drills.

Barre

Traditional 45 minute Barre Intensity Classes that combine attributes of pilates, dance, and functional fitness.

Bike

A 45 minute cycle class on the RealRyder bike that moves and rocks right and left through 3 planes of motion. An experience like no other!
