Created by Founder, Maria Barr, the Barre Box is a place where she wants people to flourish from the inside out with exceptional group fitness classes led by the best team and a stronger mind through movement.

 

This high-energy, edgy atmosphere creates a magnetic vibe as you enter. It's a place where you want to show up differently, are pushed out of your comfort zone, and walk out feeling like a badass. No matter your background or experience, we have a space for you! 

 

This is a space where barre and boxing classes meet alongside cardio on the REALRYDER indoor cycling bike.
